• Experiments can be carried out using: two 12-well PVC trays in a sandwichbox.

• The trays are greased with high viscous grease. The grease is dispensed with a plastic 5 or 10 ml syringe, depending on the size of your hand.
• The cover slides (22mm, round, No. 3) are silanized in 2% dimethyldichlorosilane in Hexane.
